Should I Follow My Hair Stylist's Instinct and Go Blonde?

I've only been to my current hair stylist twice. I was a hair model for a reputable salon for a hair show, and they chopped off my hair from beyond shoulder length to an ear length bob. Unfortunately, it was more of a disaster than it was a bob. To make a long story short, the stylist that I go to now also works with that salon that had cut my hair for the hair show. He corrected my haircut to a shag/pixie kind of cut, so it'd grow in more evenly. I actually like the new style that he gave me, so I'm probably going to stick with the short hair for a while. My hair is currently (colored) strawberry blonde, but my stylist said that he would like to color my hair a light ash blonde with blonde highlights. Obviously that's going to be a lot of maitenence with the highlights in addition to the other hair color, so I may just ask for the color w/o highlights. My pictures can be found below. Should I go blonde? If not, what color?

i think you'd look better in a dark brown then blonde.

i dont think you should because your hair looks nice the way it is and is a summer/ fall kinda look so its good. you should go with dark brown and then put in blonde high lights i guarentee it will look good
