The most they can do if they can't refund the money is they have to promise next hair cut is free on them. Then never ever go there again.

Same thing happened to me...It was such a bad hair cut that I literally had 5 bald spots and had to go out and buy a wig! Needless to say I was livid.

I would imagine if you can prove negligence,showing that they truly didn't know what they were doing or just disregarded the kind of haircut you asked for, then you probably have a case.
