i have m.s. and i have a layerd bob cut i have natural curley thin hair. i would like to know if there is a product that can hold the curl and not be like a stiff board .and help with the frizzies. and other easy styles that i can do

Curl it mousse while its wet and when it dries. Tada instant curls.

Sometimes it wont work if your hair isn't used to it. So you might need hairspray.

Bumble and Bumble makes an awesome "Curl Conscious Curl Creme" towel dry your hair put about a quarter size amount in your palm, rub your hands together and work through evenly. Scrunch it starting at the ends and work your way up to your scalp. Use a diffuser if you have one if not air dry. Waa-laa! Beautiful soft curls!
