Growing hair out?

I have thick hair and I am trying to grow it out at present.

My hair has a tendency to get very bushy and I end up cutting it short again,

What is the best way to make it look less bushy as I would really like to give it a go this time around.

My hair is about 3" long all over and I would like to grow it so that I can get it bobbed eventually

A good hairdresser should know what to do with your present hair condition. A hairstylist should have a special hair blade that helps tame down hair by making it a little thinner. This will make your hair much less bushy to put it in your terms. To grow out your hair take B-12 vitamins. Good luck!
