I have a medium-length bob, and a layer cut, would it look nice if i curl them?

just cut my hair quite thin, if i curl them, would it look nice? my last experience of curling them using curling iron made it look sooo pumped up, and i hate it! i would like a loose, soft curl, permanent, too. how can i get it?

try it with a curling iron first to see if you like it if you do go get a perm but make sure you tell them exactly what u want and if u don't like it then leave it
