yes. it is true that he dyed his hair back to black again. everyone agrees that he look much more hot with black hair and it brings out his features more.

It appears he has. As for their old drummer, Matt, he apparently caused a lot of conflict in the band and he would often screw up during live shows so he was kicked out.
